Learn
Floating Tree is eager to plug into local school systems and provide educational programming. Our curriculum will be adapted for all ages. Students will learn the impacts of food insecurity and the importance of local level agriculture. Students will also have the opportunity to understand, design, and build innovative gardening systems right in the classroom!
Empower
Floating tree will coordinate local community workshops to empower participants to be creative and self sufficient. Our workshops will be led by local experts and will demonstrate food preparation, food preservation, and various art mediums.
Grow
At Floating Tree, we believe community-wide gardening is key in eliminating local food deserts. Floating Tree is working towards having their very own volunteer led gardening facility! Floating Tree Farms will be a hub for fresh food production via sponsored garden plots and raised beds. Floating Tree is excited to help the community GROW!
